Wouldn't it be great if there was a studio that you could truck your
equine friends *to* to have their portrait taken?
Unfortunately there's just NOT...

I've been asked several times if I'll come out to a barn to do a portrait of the persons equine
and or do family portraits w/ an equine friend...
And my answer is "MOST DEFINITELY"!

HOW THIS WORKS:
On Site Session Fee of $60.00 payable on the day of photography.
Session Fee Includes:
*countless images for you to choose from (typically 50-75images)
*1 8x10 of your choice.
Have more than 1 equine friend that you wish to have photographed the same day?
Additional equines are $50.00ea
Each additional equine photographed qualifies for 1-8x10

Your friend(s) at the barn want their equine photographed to?
GREAT!!
If so, the session fee will be $55.00 per person / per 1st equine photographed.
Additional equines are $45.00ea

Are there a number of individuals interested in having portraits done at your stable?
Please contact me to talk over a group discount.

Please be sure to give me the heads up as to be properly prepared and to make sure there is
enough time scheduled to accommodate each individual & their equine(s).

LOCATION
What location should you use?
You can take photo's at your own barn or stable or go to a location of your choice*
Mileage up to 100 miles included (round trip) from my location in Akron, NY
(if mileage will be more than 100miles round trip - I will provide you with a copy of mapquest showing distance)
(Mileage over the alloted amount will be billed at .75 per additional mile)

*If we will be photographing at another location - it will be your responsibility to be sure that equine photography is
permitted and that your horse trailer will be able to get there. Some places require a permit and also be sure no
other event is happening at the same time. To many people around can be disruptive - and we don't want to be
scrambling around looking for an alternate location to do the photography.

BE PREPARED!!
You should have 1 handler for each of your equine friends. This will help to keep your equine(s)
attention - Although not necessary it would help if these individuals were horse savvy!
(preferably no children)

Have your equines washed and clean - and any tack that you might be using prepared.

Please keep in mind....
That you want to have your tack, grooming supplies, and helpers ready prior to your photography
session.
I do not provide a groom, grooming supplies or assistant.

Are Dogs Allowed?
I do not mind your dog being in the portrait - but if the dog is uncooperative or scares your
equine we may not be able to put them in the portrait.
If we are photographing at a barn or stable that is not yours - it will be your responsibility to
secure the owners permission for the dog to be on the property.

PROOFS

*Online Proof Images Will Be Available For Viewing Within 48hrs After Session!*

Want to have a "proof book" of all your poses taken?
Your 1st Proof Book is $ 50.00
Each Additional Proof Book is $ 40.00

( Makes it easier for you to show off your equine(s) to family / friends / coworkers who may not have
access to a computer or the internet )

The proof book(s) that are ordered will be then mailed to you within 5 business days.

*I will be happy accept your check for payment - but should it be returned for any reason - you will be responsible for a
$25.00 returned check fee and any fees associated w/the returned check. All future payments will need to be made by
cash or money order.
