What is a Portrait Party?
A Picture Lady 4u Portrait Party is an event held in your home including 8-12 of
your friends, family, co-workers, church family, you name it! A portable studio is
set up in a quiet area of your home and your guests enjoy a personal 15 minute
portrait session with professional photographer Lori Mathews. Hostesses enjoy a
credit towards their own print purchases, discounts on speciality items, and free
brag book including their favorite proofs!

What makes Picture Lady 4u Portrait Parties Different?
For one, all sessions are photographed by Lori Mathews, owner of The Picture
Lady 4u not hired assistants or students. There is no strict list of poses to be
followed for each guest’s session. Just as children are individuals, so are their
sessions. If your child has a favorite toy or stuffed animal by all means bring that
with you as it will just personalize your finished portraits all the more! The Picture
Lady 4u also offers unique portrait ordering options – view and order
online (hostess credit is 5 percent of total guest print orders with this option),
view online and hostess handles orders and delivery, or host a viewing party where
4x6 proofs are presented and orders are placed at that time. Hostesses choose
what works best for them.
